FAQ'S

Shipping in the continental US is $4.95 and free on order of $50+. Lead time is generally 3-5 business days for us to handcraft our non-custom hats to ship. For larger custom design orders, your order usually ships in about 2 weeks after we have final approval of your patch design. Most orders ship USPS.

Yes! We only use authentic genuine leather and sew every patch as well. We believe in using materials with absolutely no compromise in quality!

Returns: If you’re not happy with your Non-Customized hat for any reason please fill out the contact us form with your order# within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Any customized products are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are not able to be resold.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date. Merchandise needs to be received back at our facility within 40 days of delivery date.

*Items must be returned in “like new” condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors.
We reserve the right to withhold refund if the product appears to be worn.
Return shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer.
All clearance item sales are final.
Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected, we’ll send you a notification that we got it and if we approve/reject the return. If you are approved then your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days to see the refund hit your account.
